Verifíquese Cédula is an application developed by VENKO S.A.S., a legally registered private company in Colombia. It operates independently and is not affiliated with or representative of any government or state entity in any country.

The application offers two main functionalities:

• Functionality 1: Allows users to scan the information contained in the barcode printed on personal identification documents from certain countries. With the Premium service activated, users can store the scanned barcode information on their device and later export it to a CSV file, send it to the cloud, or link it to their own form. For the scanner to work properly, the device must have a minimum HD resolution camera of 5 megapixels with autofocus. If the camera does not meet the minimum requirements for scanning, users can manually select the document type and enter the number.
• Functionality 2: Enables easy access, in one place, to publicly available information related to people's identification documents from public entity websites. If any linked information is not available at a given time, it may be due to the official entity's website being unavailable or recently modified.
